The Velvet Grace Award

The Heart of the Studio This award is dedicated to the dancer who embodies the spirit of continuous improvement. They arrive focused and work tirelessly, but most importantly, they lift others up. By encouraging their peers to push to their limits, they make our studio a better place.

• The Reward: A commemorative trophy and a free Solo or Duet performance in next year’s showcase.

The Velvet Showstopper Award

The Art of Performance This award goes to the dancer who defines "breathless." Technically gifted and fueled by passion, the Showstopper moves with a level of grace and performance quality that commands the room. When they take the stage, you can’t look away.

• The Reward: A commemorative trophy, a winner’s sash, a $50 gift card of their choice, and the option of a free Solo or Duet performance for the following season.

The Velvet Icon Award

The Ultimate Triple Threat The Icon Award is our highest honor, reserved for the dancer who truly does it all. This individual possesses the focus, drive, and undeniable star power to shine far beyond the studio walls. They are a leader, a technician, and a visionary who represents the very best of our dance family.

• The Reward: The Icon Trophy, sash, and tiara. They also receive a $100 gift card, a guaranteed Solo (with a Duet option), and one month of free tuition.

• The Legacy: To honor their achievement, the winner will be permanently inducted onto the Icon Wall both in our physical studio and on our official website
